基于CiteSpace的无针注射给药系统科学研究现状的可视化分析

摘要

目的 分析1991~2021年间国内外无针注射给药系统研究的热点和趋势,针对国内外无针注射给药系统研究情况进行可视化分析。方法 以CNKI数据库为主要检索对象,维普数据库和万方数据库为补充,纳入1991~2021年间无针注射给药系统的相关文献,作为无针注射给药系统的国内科学研究现状;以Web of Science数据库为主要检索对象,Pubmed数据库和Medline数据库为补充,纳入1991~2021年间无针注射给药系统的相关文献,作为无针注射给药系统的国外科学研究现状。使用可视化分析软件CiteSpace分别对上述所选文献进行分析,形成可视化科学网络图谱。结果 本研究中,中文文献纳入共计181篇,英文文献纳入共计546篇,结果显示,无针注射给药系统文章发表数整体显著增加,高频关键词分别有7个和10个聚类,高频关键词突现结果反映了无针注射给药系统在研究中各阶段的研究核心和发展趋势。结论 无针注射给药系统作为一种有前途的给药方式,在国内外的科学研究领域仍数量较少,主要集中在糖尿病的治疗方面,仍有很大的研究空间、研究边界亟待扩宽。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To analyze the research hotspots and trends of needle-free drug delivery systems at home and abroad from 1991 to 2021, and provide visualization analysis on the trend of needle-free drug delivery systems at home and abroad. METHODS The CNKI database was used as the main retrieval object, and the VIP database and Wanfang database were used as supplements. The literature related to the needle-free drug delivery system from 1991 to 2021 was included as the domestic scientific research status of the needle-free drug delivery systems. With the Web of Science database as the main retrieval object, Pubmed database, and Medline database as the supplement, the literature related to needleless injection drug delivery systems from 1991 to 2021 were included as the foreign scientific research status of needleless injection drug delivery systems. CiteSpace, one visualization software, was used to analyze the data through several co-citation maps. RESULTS In this study, a total of references in Chinese and English literature were gathered to determine the distribution of papers in the period. It was shown that there was an obvious increase in the number of articles in the no needle injection drug delivery system. There were 7 high-frequency keywords and 10 clusterings, high frequency keywords dash forward show the core of research and its development trend in no needle injection drug delivery system at every stage of the study. CONCLUSION It can be seen from the above results: as a promising drug delivery method, there are hardly any experimental studies in needle-free drug delivery systems at home and abroad, it mainly focuses on the treatment of diabetes, suggesting that there are plenty of research fields, and the research boundary needs to be broadened.
